# How to use flconsole with your AI agent

There are two ways. Let your agent set up feeds, and new jobs arrive in Telegram within a minute. Or skip feeds: your agent checks new jobs itself, on request or on a loop, and shows you only the ones that fit.

About 5 minutes · Works in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and the Claude app

No feeds. Your agent finds new jobs, reads them and shows only the ones that fit. Ask any time or run it on a loop. Best if you work in Claude Code or Codex all day. Way 2](#agent-checks)

You can use both: your agent can create feeds and read new jobs from them.

## Way 1: your agent sets up Telegram alerts

Describe the work you want in your own words. Your agent asks a few questions, checks how many jobs match, shows you the feed and creates it only after you say yes.

1. ### Step 1: Tell your agent what you're looking for

    Ask your agent

    - `I'm a voice AI developer (ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell). Set up a flconsole feed with Telegram alerts for jobs that fit me.`

2. ### Step 2: Answer a few questions

3. ### Step 3: Check the feed before it goes live

_Illustration: Your agent previews the feed and asks before creating it_

4. ### Step 4: Get the confirmation and the jobs in Telegram

    Note

Your agent never creates, changes or deletes a feed without your OK, and the bot tells you about every change.

_Illustration: Your agent creates the feed_

    Telegram message, within a minute

_Illustration: The bot confirms the new feed, then the first matching job arrives_

### Manage feeds by asking

Ask your agent

- `Show my flconsole feeds`

- `Raise the rate in my "voice ai" feed to $60/hr`

- `Pause all my feeds`

- `Turn this Upwork search link into a feed: <link>`

- `Delete the "react" feed`

Every change also shows up in the bot under `/feeds`.

## Way 2: your agent checks new jobs itself

No feeds and no Telegram alerts. Your agent asks flconsole for new jobs, reads the title, description and skills, opens the promising ones and shows you a short list.

1. ### Step 1: Ask for new jobs

    Ask your agent

    - `Find new Upwork jobs for a voice AI developer: ElevenLabs, Vapi or Retell, $40/hr+ or $500+ fixed, payment-verified clients. Show only the ones that fit me.`

Already have feeds? Ask "Check new jobs in my feeds and show only relevant ones".

_Illustration: Your agent finds new jobs, reads them and lists the ones that fit_

2. ### Step 2: Run it on a loop

    #### Claude Code

    Ask your agent

    - `/loop 10m check new Upwork jobs with flconsole for my voice AI search and show only relevant ones`

Your agent checks every 10 minutes and shows only new jobs since the last check. For checks without your terminal open, use `/schedule` — add flconsole as a connector in claude.ai first.

    #### Codex

Run \`codex exec\` from cron to check jobs while you're away. Cron doesn't load your PATH, so put the full path from \`which codex\` in place of \`codex\`.

    ```
    */10 * * * * codex exec "check new jobs in my flconsole feeds and list only relevant ones"
    ```

    #### Claude app

Ask whenever you sit down to work. Want jobs on your phone in between? [Use Way 1](#telegram-feeds).

    #### Cursor

Ask whenever you sit down to work. Want jobs on your phone in between? [Use Way 1](#telegram-feeds).

_Illustration: The next pass of the loop: only jobs since the last check_

3. ### Step 3: Go further: draft proposals

    #### Find with flconsole, apply with Upwork's MCP

Your agent picks the jobs, drafts proposals and sends them through Upwork's MCP after your OK.

## Questions

### Which way should I pick?

Want jobs on your phone within a minute, even with your computer off? Way 1, feeds with Telegram alerts. Spend the day in Claude Code or Codex and want the agent to read jobs for you? Way 2. Many people use both.

### Will my agent create feeds without asking?

No. Your agent shows the feed and asks first, and the bot tells you about every feed it creates, changes or deletes.

### Do I need the Telegram bot for Way 2?

Only to sign in: you confirm the connection in the bot once. Without feeds, nothing is sent to Telegram.

### Does flconsole need my Upwork account?

No. flconsole never asks for your Upwork login and can't act in your account.

### Which agents work?

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, the Claude app and any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP. [Full MCP reference](https://flconsole.com/docs/mcp)
