No. flconsole never asks for your Upwork login. You open jobs on Upwork yourself when you want to apply.

Yes. Filters and AI filter rules can be in any language, even a voice message. The search itself should be in English, because Upwork jobs are posted in English.

Yes: for example, one per skill or niche. Send /new to add one.

Only jobs posted after your feed went live are sent. With narrow filters it can be quiet for hours. To get more jobs, tap the feed in /feeds and broaden the search or filters.
