Terms of use

These terms apply to the flconsole Telegram bot, the flconsole MCP server and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

flconsole watches new Upwork jobs and delivers matching ones to your Telegram or to your AI agent over MCP. It is free. There is no paid plan, no trial and no card.

Provided as is

flconsole is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that every matching job is found, that alerts arrive within a set time, or that the service is always available. Job data comes from public Upwork postings and may be incomplete, late or out of date: check the job on Upwork before you act on it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using flconsole or from not being able to use it, including missed jobs.

Changes and ending the service

We may change, limit or stop flconsole, or any part of it, at any time. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Your Upwork account

flconsole never asks for your Upwork login and has no access to your Upwork account. It doesn't apply to jobs or send proposals. Everything you do on Upwork, including proposals your AI agent drafts and anything you send through other tools, is your decision and your responsibility. You are responsible for following Upwork's Terms of Service.

Fair use

Limits keep the service free for everyone: 5 feeds, a cap on jobs per hour, and the MCP limits. Don't try to get around them, for example with several Telegram accounts, and don't use flconsole to copy or resell job data in bulk. We may pause or block access that breaks these rules or harms the service.

AI output

The AI filter and your AI agent can be wrong. The AI filter may let through jobs that don't fit or, rarely, drop one that does. Your agent's summaries, picks and drafts are produced by your agent and its provider, not by flconsole. Read the job yourself before you apply.

Your connections

You are responsible for the AI agents you connect and for keeping manual tokens secret. If you don't recognize a connection, disconnect it in the bot with /mcp.
